Singleton Heights if offering new solar homes in Calimesa, CA, built by Mastercraft Homes. Singleton Heights is in their final stages of construction. There are several homes available in the last phase. The houses are a combination of single-story and two-story homes. There are six models available, ranging from a 1,500 square foot 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single story up to a 2,800 square foot 5 bedroom (6th bedroom optional) / 4 bathroom two-story.

The homes are built with energy conservation in mind. Every new home includes a tankless water heater, radiant roof barriers to reduce cooling costs, Low-E windows and doors, and an owned 2.4 kW solar panel system.

On Jan 1, 2020, all new construction will require solar systems to be installed. Summerwind Trails

Summerwind Trails is a 2,590-acre master-planned community situated in the rolling hills of the Calimesa countryside. Upon completion, Summerwind will be adding 3600 new homes in Calimesa. The community will incorporate 20 miles of biking and hiking trails, and 80 acres of parks within its over 1,400 acres of planned outdoor living space.

In addition to the vast amount of natural recreation areas, there are commercial pads and schools designed into the new community. Currently, there is a 17-acre tract of business development under construction on the northeast corner at Tukwet Canyon Parkway/Cherry Valley Boulevard and Desert Lawn Drive, called “The Marketplace.” The Marketplace will include a grocery store, drive-thru fast food, a gas station, and convenience store and retail office space.

The addition of The Marketplace will help to service Summerwind Trails and the bordering Fairways community in Beaumont.

Wildflower is a 141 home community consisting of all two-story, 3 to 4 bedroom, 2.5 to 3 bathroom homes. The square footage ranges from 2,021-2,590 sq ft with all models utilizing open floor plan designs. Four home models are offered in Wildflower. Camellia Pointe is a 121 home community being built by DR Horton at Summerwind Trails. Four models are available in this community, two single-story, and two two-story models. The Retreat at Summerwind is a 41 home community that is currently under construction. There are three models of single-story homes on display in this community.
